Office Enhancements and Precautions
We are so excited to review all the new changes we have made at the office to keep you, your loved ones, and our team safe and healthy. We have always used standard contact precautions in our office, however with COVID-19, it is necessary that we adopt aerosol precautions as well. There are two major changes that you will notice that we wanted to share and make you aware of.
The first change you will notice will be in our clinic area. In our Crawfordsville office, we have physically moved the chairs to greater than 6 feet apart, and in our Brownsburg office we have installed physical barriers between the chairs. Air Purifying units are stationed around each office to help draw out air impurities as much as we are able.
The second change will be noted in our team attire. We have always worn masks, face shields and gloves with each patient, and we will continue to do that! We are using different masks based on the type of appointment and adding gowns to those aerosol-producing procedures. Our administrative team will also be wearing face masks when a barrier or social distancing (greater than 6 feet) are not an option.
We are excited to see our patients, and anxious to see all those beautiful smiles! We thank you for trusting us with your care, and we want you to know that we will always strive to improve your experience at our office —whether that be with our patient care, technology, or safety protocols. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns. We are here for you!
Sincerely,
Dr. Aaron Altschul
